Sullius and I decided to carry on with our plan of marriage when Claudius was away from Rome. When Claudius heard of this news he was not happy at all which is why Sullius and I are being executed. Good bye.

Although I hate being married to Claudius, I can manipulate him very easily! I have “removed” several people from our empire and made several changes to Rome. I can get Claudius to do whatever I want but still, I don’t love him. Because I don’t love him I have fallen in love with one of his advisors Sullius. I think Sullius and I should wed because were so in love. There is just one problem, we both are married.

Today Claudius was crowned emperor after the death of Caligula! My father was correct in his assumptions that I Claudius could be very powerful! I now have to figure out how to manipulate Claudius so I can get everything I have ever wanted! I knew something good would come out of this marriage.

Today me and Claudius’s first born child came in to the world today. Her name is Octavia named after my great grandmother. She is beautiful and Claudius is very pleased to call her his daughter. I can’t wait to watch my beautiful baby grow!

Today is the day I wed Claudius. After a long night of preparations I am ready to leave for the wedding ceremony. I am wearing my mothers Tunica Recta (a traditional white tunic) with my grandmother’s vial. Its very special to me that these things have been passed down the family to me and one day I hope I can give it to my daughter! Well, hopefully my father was right about Claudius having a bright future in politics because if he doesn’t I will find no joy in this marriage!

Today, I met with my 2^nd cousin Claudius. My parents want me to merry him because it will help my family’s much valued reputation. Even though I have only met Claudius a few times I know about his lack of social life which is why I am praying to the gods I don’t have to merry him!   But one thing everyone knows about Claudius is how important his political courier is. My father thinks his political courier is destined for greatness, he says Claudius has grate potential to become very powerful.  I hope my father will change his mind about this marriage even though Claudius is perfect in his eyes, I do not want to be the 3^rd wife of my much older 2^nd cousin!!!!!
