Today, I met with my 2nd cousin Claudius. My parents want me to merry him because it will help my family’s much valued reputation. Even though I have only met Claudius a few times I know about his lack of social life which is why I am praying to the gods I don’t have to merry him! But one thing everyone knows about Claudius is how important his political courier is. My father thinks his political courier is destined for greatness, he says Claudius has grate potential to become very powerful. I hope my father will change his mind about this marriage even though Claudius is perfect in his eyes, I do not want to be the 3rd wife of my much older 2nd cousin!!!!!
